    Help To Claim – for help with Universal Credit claims

    Help To Claim is a national service that helps people make Universal Credit claims for the first time.

    Call 0800 144 8 444 or visit this page on the national Citizens Advice website for webchat. The service runs Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm excluding Public Holidays.
