  • Citizens Advice South Gloucestershire is moving to a new address – here’s what you need to know

New Citizens Advice South Gloucestershire building with clock tower and sold sign

We’re very pleased to say we will soon be moving to a new address in Yate – a bigger building with more space to help more people face-to-face each week as well as better facilities.

From 23rd June 2025, we will be running all services from our new Advice Centre at the following address:

Citizens Advice South Gloucestershire, Unit 1 Badminton Court, Station Road, Yate BS37 5Hz (what.three.words: jiffy.validated.flux)

Look for the building with a clock tower just to the east of Yate Railway Station on Station Road.

Until then, all face-to-face services will still be running from Kennedy Way, Yate BS37 4DQ near Yate Leisure Centre (what.three.words: rounds.reader.vase).

Check back on www.southgloscab.org.uk and our Facebook, Instagram and Twitter/X pages as well as our Weekly Round-Up newsletter for more updates.

Once we have moved, our Monday, Tuesday and Friday face-to-face open door sessions in Yate as well as face-to-face appointments – such as for debt or PIP – will no longer take place at Kennedy Way and will happen solely at Unit 1 Badminton Court. Other drop-in sessions around South Gloucestershire will be unaffected.

PLEASE NOTE: Our usual Friday drop-in at Yate on Friday 20th June will not take place as we will be moving items from our old office to the new Advice Centre on that day.

If you have a face-to-face appointment over the coming months, please check the address of where the appointment will take place.

We are thankful for your patience during this period and look forward to sharing our new building with you.
