Our face to face advice sessions run across South Gloucestershire, including in Yate, Stoke Gifford, Bradley Stoke, Thornbury, Cadbury Heath, Lyde Green, Staple Hill & Mangotsfield, Filton, Kingswood, Westerleigh & Coalpit Heath, Frampton Cotterell, Charfield, Patchway and Emersons Green.
There are no appointments needed for our face-to-face advice sessions – they are all drop-in (unless otherwise stated).
Sessions operate on a first come first served basis. Everyone who sees an Adviser will get an initial 15 minute session, where we can help find you information to solve your issue.
Please be advised to leave extra time. We cannot guarantee you will be seen on the day if it is particularly busy and can only be seen when an Adviser is available, but our Volunteers try and ensure we triage effectively.
If necessary, we’ll make you a further appointment to look at it all in more detail.
