Our face to face advice sessions at eleven venues run across South Gloucestershire, currently in Yate, Stoke Gifford, Bradley Stoke, Thornbury, Cadbury Heath, Lyde Green, Staple Hill & Mangotsfield, Filton, Westerleigh & Coalpit Heath, Frampton Cotterell and Emersons Green.

Do I need to prebook?

No, you are unable to prebook an appointment as all our face-to-face advice sessions are drop-in (unless otherwise stated).

These are drop-in sessions and operate on a first come first serve basis.

Everyone who sees an advisor will get an initial 15 minute session, where we can help find you information to solve your problems.

Please note:

Please be advised to leave extra time. We cannot guarantee you will be seen on the day if it is particularly busy and can only be seen when an advisor is available, but our volunteers try and ensure we triage effectively. If necessary, we’ll make you a further appointment to look at it all in more detail.
