Our British Sign Language Information videos give more information about our services in the following areas:

  • Universal Credit – a monthly benefit for living costs. You may be eligible if you’re not working or on a low income
  • Personal Independence Payment (PIP) – a benefit available if you need extra help because of an illness, disability or mental health condition
  • Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) – you might be able to get this if you have difficulty working because you’re sick or disabled
