Position: Universal Credit Support – Help to Claim Adviser
Location: South Gloucestershire

Salary: £30,328 pa
Hours: Hybrid (after completion of satisfactory probation period)
37 hours per week – Monday to Friday
The project operates between the hours of 8.00 am and 6.00 pm

Citizens Advice South Gloucestershire is the leading provider of advice services to South Gloucestershire residents
We are looking for two additional people to join our existing Universal Credit Support – Help to Claim team. The team provides an effective and efficient support service for first time Universal Credit claimants including those subject to managed migration. The service includes the provision of advice, information and digital support via telephone and digital channels, aimed at helping claimants through to the first payment of Universal Credit.
You will need to be proficient in IT with effective communication skills. Experience and knowledge of the welfare benefits system and Universal Credit is essential due to the short duration of the contract.
