This service from us at Citizens Advice South Gloucestershire will be closed from 5pm on Friday 22nd December 2023 and re-opens at 9am on Tuesday 2nd January 2024.

Debt helpline – 0800 240 44 20

These services are closed on bank holidays and weekends – but will continue to be open 9am to 5pm on weekdays so will be open on 27th, 28th and 29th of December 2023.

• They will be closed from 5pm on Friday 22nd December 2023 until 9am on Wednesday 27th December 2023.
• They will then be open until 5pm on Friday 29th December 2023, and will re-open at 9am on Tuesday 2nd January 2024.

Help to Claim (Universal Credit) – 0800 144 84 44

This service is closed on bank holidays and weekends – and in addition will be closed on Wednesday 27th December 2023. It will be open from 8am to 6pm on 28th and 29th December 2023.

• Help to Claim will be closed from 6pm on Friday 22nd December until 8am on Thursday 28th December 2023.
• It will then close from 6pm on Friday 29th December 2023 and re-open at 8am on Tuesday 2nd January 2024.
