Video tour: Watch our guide to the Emersons Green face-to-face session

The next stop on our video tour of our South Gloucestershire face-to-face sessions is Emersons Green. These sessions run every Thursday from 10am to 12 noon at Emersons Green Village Hall, Emerson Way BS16 7AP. Emersons Green Town Council funds the sessions. You can come to see our Advisers for help with almost any problem. If there’s not enough time to solve your issue in full on the day, we can book you an appointment at our Yate office.

Emersons Green is one of six locations across South Gloucestershire where we currently hold face-to-face sessions. The other venues are in Yate, Cadbury Heath, Stoke Gifford, Thornbury and Bradley Stoke. You can find our full list of venues and opening times here.

• It’s important if you’re parking at Emersons Green Village that you enter your vehicle’s registration on the screen to your right as you enter the building. This is because there is a £100 fine for drivers who have not registered their vehicles.
• There is also free tea, coffee and cake at the Village Hall on Thursdays from 11am to 1pm.
