Our face to face advice sessions at nine venues run across South Gloucestershire, currently in Yate, Stoke Gifford, Bradley Stoke, Thornbury, Cadbury Heath, Lyde Green, Staple Hill & Mangotsfield, Filton and Emersons Green.

Do I need to prebook?

No, you are unable to prebook an appointment as all our face-to-face advice sessions are drop-in (unless otherwise stated).

These are drop-in sessions and operate on a first come first serve basis.

Everyone who sees an advisor will get an initial 15 minute session, where we can help find you information to solve your problems.

Please note:

Please be advised to leave extra time. We cannot guarantee you will be seen on the day if it is particularly busy and can only be seen when an advisor is available, but our volunteers try and ensure we triage effectively. If necessary, we’ll make you a further appointment to look at it all in more detail.

We have a small waiting area in our Yate office with a free book swap available but currently no onsite toilet facilities so please use nearby amenities at the local shopping centre before you arrive.
