Citizens Advice South Gloucestershire is looking for brave participants for the 2025 South West 5K Tough Mudder.
The charity provides vital advice on subjects such as benefits, debt and housing to anyone who needs it in South Gloucestershire.
It is an independent charity and completely reliant on donations and grants to keep providing its services.
In recent years, teams have taken on the Cotswold Way Ultra Challenge walk, Bristol 10K run, Bath Half Marathon and 12 Dips of Christmas cold water swimming challenge for the charity.
This year, it is encouraging people to try the Tough Mudder – due to be held at Badminton Estate, South Gloucestershire on 16th August.
