In South Gloucestershire this service is available on Mondays to Fridays from 10am to 2pm.
Calls from a BT landline cost 5p per minute. If calling from a mobile, you’ll be given the option of ringing an 0300 number at your normal mobile call rates. You will need to have a local landline number handy, ideally an 01454 number, so that your call can be identified as coming from South Gloucestershire and put through to us as your local bureau.
