Become Our Partner
Wherever we are based in South Gloucestershire, the CAB is a vital part of the local community. We are always looking for opportunities to develop our work in conjunction with other local charities and community groups. We are working with ‘Our Place’ in Staple Hill to make advice more accessible to people living in the Pendennis Road flats, and with schools across South Gloucestershire to offer advice to parents of children with disabilities or learning difficulties.
If you are involved in a community group and think that we could help in some way, please do get in touch.
-
Maybe you are working with young people who would like to know more about their rights while on unpaid work experience
-
or maybe with older people who would like to know more about whether and when they need to give a son or daughter power of attorney
We would be happy to talk to you about how we can help - we can speak to a group of people, provide written information for you to distribute, perhaps run a one-off advice event or even a series of advice sessions - there is a wide range of possibilities.
We are keen to involve more local businesses in our work, and our page on business sponsorship will tell you more.
If you’d like to talk more about developing work in partnership with the bureau, please contact Christine Kenny. You can phone her on 01454 334960 or email christine.kenny@southgloscab.org.uk
